Fire Emblem Heroes had only been out for a few days, but it was already a rousing success. People all around the world were downloading the game, and the especially financially-loose ones were ensuring the in-app purchase cash flow kept coming in. Determined to build off of the hype, Ninendo planned to release a secret feature to the game they had planned for a long time.
In the next few days, VR technology was rolled out for Fire Emblem Heroes. Now, people could play through the game and interact one-on-one with their favorite characters, all programmed by high-tech AI systems! One person who couldn't wait to try it was Jackson, who took out his headset as soon as he got home from school on Friday. Putting it on and lying down on his bed, he was prepared for a new adventure.
Waking up in the fields of Nohr, Jackson was amazed by how real everything around him looked, it was almost like he was really there! But as he stood up, he noticed something. He was wearing something extremely stiff around his torso, and he seemed relatively shorter than usual. As he felt around, he noticed blonde twintails drooping down from the top of his head....wait, since when did he have twintails?
Taking out a hand mirror he discovered in his dress pocket (wait, what?), he took a good look at himself and realized what had happened: he had turned into Elise! He was a 18-year-old man trapped in the body of a little girl! Hoping to find a way to change his character, he opened up the menu and noticed that there was not only no way to change into another hero, but also that the log out button was missing...
